Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the Emma Myanmar mobile app and the website emmamyanmar.com (together, "the app"), published on Google Play by the developer TradeLink125 (Thiha Zaw), collect, use and share your information. It applies only to this app.

1. Information we collect

When you create an account: your name, email address and phone number. When you place an order: your delivery address and the payment screenshot you upload. Device information: a push-notification token (Firebase Cloud Messaging) so we can send order updates. If you allow camera access, the camera is used only to scan barcodes or take photos you choose to upload; we do not record anything in the background. We do not collect your location, contacts or SMS.

2. How we use it

To create and manage your account, process and deliver your orders, verify payments, calculate membership points, send order notifications, and provide customer support.

3. How we store and protect it

Your data is stored on Google Firebase (Google Cloud) with encryption in transit. Only authorised staff can access it, and only when needed to serve you.

4. Sharing with third parties

We share data only as needed to run the service: Google Firebase (authentication, database, file storage and notifications – acts as our data processor), and courier partners (your name, phone number and delivery address, to deliver your order). We never sell your personal data and do not use it for advertising.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account is open. When your account is deleted we remove your personal details. Past order records are kept for accounting and tax purposes with your identity removed.

6. Your choices and account deletion

You can view and edit your details in your profile. To delete your account and data, open emmamyanmar.com/#/delete-account (no app install needed) or email us at the address above.

7. Children

The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Changes are posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.

ဤမူဝါဒသည် Google Play ပေါ်တွင် developer TradeLink125 မှ ထုတ်ဝေသော Emma Myanmar app (com.mezanbeverages.emma) နှင့် emmamyanmar.com အတွက်သာ ဖြစ်ပါသည်။

၁။ စုဆောင်းသော အချက်အလက်

Account ဖွင့်ရာတွင် အမည်၊ အီးမေးလ်၊ ဖုန်းနံပါတ်။ Order တင်ရာတွင် ပို့ဆောင်ရမည့် လိပ်စာနှင့် ငွေပေးချေမှု screenshot။ Order အခြေအနေ အသိပေးရန် notification token။ Camera ကို barcode scan နှင့် သင်ရွေးသော ပုံတင်ရန်သာ သုံးပါသည်။ တည်နေရာ၊ contacts၊ SMS မစုဆောင်းပါ။

၂။ အသုံးပြုပုံ

Account စီမံခြင်း၊ Order ဆောင်ရွက်/ပို့ဆောင်ခြင်း၊ ငွေပေးချေမှု စစ်ဆေးခြင်း၊ Membership point တွက်ချက်ခြင်း၊ အသိပေးချက်ပို့ခြင်းနှင့် Customer support အတွက်သာ အသုံးပြုပါသည်။

၃။ သိမ်းဆည်းမှုနှင့် မျှဝေမှု

Google Firebase ပေါ်တွင် လုံခြုံစွာ သိမ်းဆည်းပါသည်။ ပို့ဆောင်ရေး (courier) သို့ အမည်၊ ဖုန်း၊ လိပ်စာကို Order ပို့ရန်သာ မျှဝေပါသည်။ အချက်အလက်များကို ရောင်းချခြင်း မပြုပါ။

၄။ Account ဖျက်ခြင်း

emmamyanmar.com/#/delete-account တွင် (app မသွင်းဘဲ) တောင်းဆိုနိုင်သည်၊ သို့မဟုတ် အထက်ပါ email သို့ ဆက်သွယ်ပါ။ ဖျက်ပြီးပါက ကိုယ်ရေးအချက်အလက်များ ဖျက်ပစ်ပြီး အကောင့်စာရင်းအတွက် Order မှတ်တမ်းများကို အမည်မပါဘဲသာ ထားရှိပါသည်။
